Kent Anderson and Gerey Johnson have been in the music industry long enough to know what works, what doesn’t, and what’s just noise. Longtime friends, collaborators, and veterans of more gigs, stages, and late-night conversations than either cares to count — one evening they decided to stop talking about building something and actually built it.
We’re selective by design. We work with artists we genuinely believe in — people whose music moves us, whose vision is clear, and whose careers we know we can impact. This isn’t a volume business. It’s a belief business. That’s C Sharp Consulting.
Our Approach
We’re allergic to vanity metrics. Streams mean nothing if they don’t build something real. Every engagement starts with clarity — who the artist is, where they want to go, and what the market actually looks like right now. Then we get to work.
